Not really : Skin cancer is caused by errors or mutations in the dna of skin cells. This then causes the cells to grow out of control leading to cancer. This can be from exposure to uv light from the sun or tanning beds or from exposure to toxic substances. Certain types of laser resurfacing is actually beneficial to actinic damage or even precancerous lesions.

No: Chemical peel, ultrasound and other ways of manageing skin conditions essentially are unable to cause cancers especially of skin. The latter is causes by carcinogenic exposure, chronic exposure to ultraviolet light, and skin lesions such as cutaneous fistulas of long standing duration where viral involvement may be responsible.
