3 types: The commonest skin cancer is basal cell carcinoma which is fairly benign and has near 100% cure rates when treated early. Squamous cell cancer is the next most frequent skin cancer, this too does not spread so mostly cured easily. The worst kind of skin cancer is melanoma which has higher risik of spreading in the body. So it requires close watch and close check ups because of its dangerous natur.
