Please tell me, could virgins get neurosyphilis?

Define virgin: Syphilis is a sexually transmitted disease. If a kid is born with it (mother to baby transmission) and left untreated, there is a possibility it could happen to someone with no prior history of sexual activity. A person has some sexual contact with a germ shedding body part (oral, anal sex) and get it without vaginal sex. I don't consider these folks virgins.

Syphilis : Yes. Syphilis can be transmitted directly from a primary lesion on skin to an uninfected person without sexual contact. While this would be rare, it has happened in my practice. I would want to know more, but the accurate answer is yes.
