Talk with your: prescribing medical provider if you have excessive weight loss on adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) - it might not be the best medication option for you. Take care.

Talk to your doctor: and make him aware of the symptoms you are having and see if they would change the medication.

Adderall, (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) or Mixed: Amphetamine Salts, originally marketed as Obetrol for weight loss in the 50's & 60's, has appetite suppressant effects for ~ 3-4 months. If Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) controls your symptoms of ADHD, eating nutrient-dense foods before you take it & after it wears off may get you through. Acidic foods lower Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine)'s absorption. Carnation Instant Breakfast is an inexpensive supplement. It requires blending.
