What do you mean?: Do you mean "Can I sleep less but still efficiently and effectively?" Answer: no. "Can I force myself to fall asleep faster?" Answer: No, at least not safely. Keep your sleep schedule as predictable as possible and shoot for six to nine hours of sleep nightly.
