Luck?: You could have a very robust immune system or you are just more hygienic and wash your hands more than others.

Respiratory Dz?: Maybe you have a strong immune system. Wash hands often with warm water & soap for at least 20 seconds. Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth unless hands have just been washed.
