See below: Glad that you are recovering- since you are not sure if you had the covid virus, I would consider getting an antibody test to check for immunity, and I would tell family and friends - knowing your status will help you and them about further interactions- If you had covid, you should probably see your physician and check for problems (lung etc) which could have been caused by the virus
