See below: People often feel that there feet are cold. If there is no other problems associated with such as burning or pain i would not worry. If concerned then see a doctor for evaluation.

Cold feet: This can be an indication of poor circulation . However , without a better history and an evaluation no treatment can be started or recommended . The first right thing to do is to see your podiatrist for that and development of a treatment plan .
