Ways for allergies: Some ways to treat allergies are: benadryl claritin, zyrtec, allegra pseudo ephedrine patanase flonase, nasonex, (mometasone) omnaris oral steroids seeing an allergist for possible injections avoidance of allergy triggers.

See doctor: You don't say if you have any medical problems or are on any medications. Can try Claritin or Allegra unless you have prostate problems; nasocort nasal spray is now otc. Ask your doctor what would be best for you to take based on your medical history.
