Sneezing?: The most common cause of backache is muscle strain from overuse of small muscles. I'm wondering if you sneeze when your allergies act up. This could exacerbate muscle strain if that were the cause.

See details: Then see a doctor and have the back evaluated. Make certain you are screened for spondylitis. Allergies have nothing to do with it.
