Yes: Cervical lymphadenopathy (enlarged lymph nodes in the neck) can be caused by several things. They range from benign ( such as an infection) to serious (as in cancer). Your doctor, after doing a thorough history and physical, can determine how serious it is and if you need to see a specialist.
