Nodes: lymph node enlargement aka lymphadenopathy is quite common in two anatomic locations: 1) the neck area & 2) the groin. These locations are prone to infections (viral or bacterial)& will result in the body's reacting with lymphadenopathy. Follow up with your MD, & also have your dentist check for any oral problems that could cause such reactive changes. If there is progressive ↑ in size, see MD.
