Not sure why you: Can't examine your breasts. If it is not possible, then your partner can be taught to do a breast exam. Your physician can also perform a breast exam.

Why can't you?: Check this site to learn to do a breast exam: http://www.breastselfexams.org/self-exams/women-s-self-exams. Additionally, ask your physician to instruct you. Your physician can exam when seen for follow up.
