Every day helps: The superiority of breast milk over other feeds in infancy is well known. After 8-9 months as solids are added the benefit begins to diminish. For those moms whose life gets in the way with job or other conflicts, be comforted that ever the first 2-4 months of bf have placed your baby on a better course for good health.Bf to a year if you can, longer if baby needs nurturing, but do what you must.
