Could i have hypertension in just the head?

Unlikely: Hypertension symptoms usually don't occur unless the blood pressure is significantly elevated, think blood pressure >170/90 or so. Often times, mild hypertension in the setting of head pressure or headaches may be due to stress or physiology response to pain.
