Raynaud's disease: Warm gloves. Keep fingers ; toes warm. More common among women. More common among people with autoimmune disorders. Do not smoke! beta blockers make it worse. Calcium channel blockers reduce symptoms. Be careful of exposure to cold such as holding a cold drink.
