Probably fine: In my practice, with my patients for whom I am treating with adhd and are on adderall, (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) I have never had a patient have any problems with Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) and antibiotics. It may depend on what your infection is, how much Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) and so on, so i would check with your prescribing physicians.
