Vitamin D: Your vitamin d level is low, and a healthier one would be at least 50ng/ml. Perhaps you do not trust what your doctor told you, so are asking online physicians about this? You could take 2000-5000iu/day, especially in winter. Talk with your doctor about this. Testing again in 3-4 months will give you a signpost to ongoing replacement as needed.
