Achilles tendinitis: Depending on your previous activity, fitness level and tightness of calf musculature, you may be experiencing achilles tendinitis. Make sure your shoes are supportive and don't have very low heels. Rest and warm moist heat followed by a gentle progressive stretching program should help. If not, see a podiatrist.
