You decide, man!: The best weight for a man is whatever looks and feels right to him and lets him take part effectively in his favorite sport. There is basically no science to the "ideal weight" charts -- the sprinters are "underweight", the rock-solid-muscle linebacker is obese. Stay physically fit, eat sensible, remember you don't need any body fat, and enjoy your youth.
