If you think: You broke something or hit your head or are unclear why you fell, please call 911 and go to the hospital. If not, do tell someone what happened so they could check on you. Maybe related to drop in blood pressure after you stand. This occurs for variety of reasons. Would go to take anti-inflammatory medicine otherwise.
