Muscle shaking: Tremors are a spasmodic regular shaking of muscles. It could have been from being cold medication side effect or other factors.

Not much: Whether someone was describing in layman's terms shivering after the operation or other types of movement during the operation, they are usually harmless and quite common and usually the result of anesthesia.
