I don't think: It was hypoglycemia that gave you tremors after your last operation/anesthesia. Blood sugar levels are monitored during surgery and IV fluids usually contain dextrose. Ask your surgeon or even better your anesthesiologist to see if there is anything that they can do to prevent recurrence of your symptoms.
