Be glad: Your chances of getting HIV from this adventure are essentially zero. The ones to worry about are gonorrhea, syphilis and hpv and even for these, the risk is fairly low. I hope you'll cherish the experience as you would any other loving that you've shared, and that from now on you'll be an even better lover and use a condom out of respect for both your body and her.

Question to you: Is this someone you know or just any girl you just met? Nothing wrong with oral sex. If you feel that you are coming down with an infection, then you need to consult with your physician. Otherwise, relax!

Sex and Paranoia: I like the answers you have received already. All of us are wondering why you are 'freaking out'? Do you have symptoms of anything? Are there sores or a penile discharge? Now here are some facts: receiving oral sex is one of the lowest risks for all stds. Receptive oral sex in the scenario you describe possibly, but rarely, can cause herpes, gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis and maybe hpv.
