Femara (letrozole)?: Do you mean Femara (letrozole) that is used to treat certain types of breast cancer in post-menopausal women? If by "homeopathy treatment" you mean single, classical homeopathic remedies, there is no conflict with femara. If there's any possibility that you mean herbal or botanical medicines given in material quantities, i would have to know their specific name to answer the question.
