Nasal Saline: It is best to check with your doctor regarding the reason each was prescribed. For nasal congestion and post nasal drip, nasal saline and bulb suction may be used. At the age of 3 months, i would not suggest a decongestant cough preparation be used. Gerd may lead to aspiration into the lungs and cause wheezing. It is best to feed the baby at an upright angle and not to prop the bottle, .
