30m atheletic, diagnosed with myocarditis 50 days ago, last check 2 days ago and no inflammation but i still feel like poop, weak, dizzyness when getting up of bed, sometimes nausea will i evr rcover?

Myocarditis: Is a significant illness which can take many weeks to months before full recovery... If it occurs. There can also be some permanent decrease in function. When you say there is 'no inflammation' on what are you relying? And echocardiogram or ekg? Serial echocardiograms will help assess functional recovery. Talk with your treating cardiologist.

Sorry, can't say yet: I've had a few very athletic patients get this, fortunately all recovered, but takes time (figure 1-2 months) to be back at speed if all goes well. Can continue lower intensity exercise as long as not getting wiped out after and follow up closely with your cardiologist / primary - as not all illness is the same. Have to be patient with yourself to recover properly. Good luck!
