I have myocarditis (3 weeks) and was told to rest. some days i'm very dizzy and weak. and i'm cold a lot. are these normal symptoms? recovery time?

Rest: Usually myocarditis is viral/autoimmune/drugs related. If it is related to infectious should be resolved in 4-6 weeks. I would recommend following with cardiology or promary care physician if you cont to have symptoms for more than 6 weeks.
