Need more info: Do you mean that his problem is from nasal congestion due to allergies? If so, i presume that he has taken some medications or nasal spray for the allergic condition and has had turbinate reduction without benefit. If this is what you meant then i would recommend that your bf consult a board-certified allergist soon to find out whether this is from allergy or something else.
