Had an x-ray due to lower back pain in the morning when i wake up. result is "mild levoscoliosis likely positional". what does it mean? thank you.

A curvature of the..: ....Spine, by postural it means the positioning on the x-ray table. Only standing films r used 2 evaluate for scoliosis. Even if u have a mild scoli, they don't progress after growth stops. I would not worry about that reading. Note the image on the right the sacrum is rotated/ so this would b a positional scoli. It is rotated/tilted causing a positional curve.
