Why can't i find a doctor who believes in fibromyalgia?

Fibromyalgia Clinics: In most urban centers, especially at university medical centers, there will be a fibromyalgia clinic. That is where i would recommend you start. As an aside, i noticed you take clonazepam, which is a sedative and a drug that will give a patient chronic fatigue. That may not be the best medication when you have 'chronic fatigue'.

Ignorance: Many doctors believe fibromyalgia is factitious disorder explained by psychological factors & "in the mind". These doctors assume pain complained of by patients is imagined. Explanation is that many doctors disbelieve patients in favor of imaging studies and laboratory tests; which is bad doctoring. "If it can't be measured it does not exist". They are wrong - they can't prove a negative.
