Yes: There are better antibiotics for acne; especially, antibiotics should never be sole therapy. I see that you also have scarring. This should not be happening to you. Get with a physician who knows how to treat it effectively; if scarring has begun, you should consider accepting Isotretinoin if it is offered to you.
