Low back pain: Your symptoms are most consistent with musculoskeletal strain but a pinched nerve in the lower back is possible. If your back pain radiates down the leg then a pinched nerve is more likely. Try checking your posture, lifting techniques and shoes fitness. The good news is physical therapy, massage, and attention to posture during standing and lifting will resolve most cases.
