None. May hurt.: Vitamin c (ascorbic acid) is one of the most overused supplements for many reasons. Few people need mega-doses, which interestly block the effect of choleterol lowering drugs (statins), along with high dose vitamin e. Both in large doses are associated with increased all-cause mortality!
