Is there any clinical evidence that garlic juice helps to reduce an existing arterial plaque deposit ?

Garlic: Might help reduce cholesterol some but best if the clove is swallowed as when juiced or minced the enzymes released start to degrade the good stuff that reduce cholesterol . There is no evidence to suggest it would reduce a plaque already formed.
