Acne: Acne can be frustrating to treat. First, not sure what antibiotics you've tried. There are different ones and if one fails to work, then another one can be tried. There are some topical preparations that may help control acne such as benzoyl peroxide + topical antibiotic, or benzoyl peroxide + Adapalene or benzoyl + Retin-A or Retin-A alone. Sulfacetamide/sulphur topical is tried in some patients.
