I continue to have scalp pimples/acne only along my receding hairline. even after trying various antibiotics, anti fungal and anti parasitic meds. none of the treatments have resolved my issue. what else can be the cause for these pimples/acne?

Would consider a contact dermatitis due to some hair preparation/cream/gel, etc. ...esp if there is sig itching. See dermatologist for evaluation and possible treatment with specific shampoo or cream
