I have been diagnosed with bilateral inguinal scarring that came off a klebsilella infection that went on for several months, what is the best treatment for scar tissue ?

Is infection cleared: If you still has infection , may be you have mesh , some times mesh has to be removed , then only wound will heal. If there is no infection scar will mold itself . Speak to your surgeon.

Depends: If the infection affected your joint, you need to be followed for arthritis, get physical therapy and do home exercises. If the infection was related to diabetes or obesity, the treatment is to control your chronic disease, preventing recurrence. If the scarring is cosmetically bothersome, or just tight, seek a surgeon who specializes in chronic scars (plastic or general surgeon) for injections.
