Strengthening is key: Unclear had 3 pt x3 only! if that's the case, a more aggressive & targeted approach is suggested. At 33 years old, not sure if knee replacement is best option & should discuss all options with your ortho. If still grey, can consider regenerative injection therapy with derivatives of hyaluronic acid, plorotherpay, prp, mesenchymal stem cell/autologous bone marrow injection.

Yes: In fact more so, since less meniscus is left in the joint. Consider stem cell therapy if it is an option for you. May preserve the meniscus and keep acl strong. Look at Regenexx.Com...
