Behcet's Disorder: Behcet's disorder is an autoimmune disease affecting the vascular system in all organs. Please see the page of the american behcet's disease association at www.Behcets.Com for more information. They report a 23% of symptoms affecting the brain and neurological system. Ideally the autoimmune effect should be under investigation in each person's case, whether is related or not to other diseases.

Probably not: It's hard to say with Neuro-Behcet, but generally, this is a very aggreesive, problematic illness, that can cause seizures, numbness or weakness, like an aggressive form of MS. An MRI helps to diagnose this, and a biopsy is often needed. You would know if your symptoms were this bad. Most people with Behcets do not have neuro Behcets though.
