See details: Behcet's syndrome is an autoimmune disease characterized by oral, genital and/or rectal ulcers and eye inflammation. There are numerous other clinical manifestations including joint, neurologic, skin and GI problems. There are no cures but there are effective treatment, especially tnf agents such as remicade (infliximab).
