Sorry, but...: Vegetative-vascular dystonia is not recognized as a disease or syndrome in the West. It simply doesn't exist here as a concept. Most doctors over here have never heard of it, and to those few who have, it's one of those odd things the Russians have thought up that no one else takes seriously.
