Listen to your body: Ears sore to touch have infection and inflammation in the lining of the ear canal. This can be due to candida which also causes a vaginal discharge and painful intercourse. Antibiotics can cause yeast overgrowth, common in women. With a life style change and helpful herbs it is possible to recover from chronic yeast overgrowth.
