Herpes simplex: Herpes is one possibility, or this may be "shingles" (herpes zoster). Those lesions are almost always quite tender and painful, although have seen some with only pruritis (itching). If it does not go away you need to see a doctor and have these examined for a diagnosis and approach to therapy.
