i took a home pregnancy test which came back positive but i have no symptoms other then being nausea am i be pregnant or is this a false positive test?

It's likely real: Urine pregnancy tests are very accurate, so the next step is to contact an ob-gyn doctor (or primary care doctor, if one does not have an ob-gyn doctor). The doctor or his staff can give you details on when you should be seen, what lab tests might be needed, and for what symptoms you should call them even if after-hours.
