I had my tubes clamped 5 years ago. lately ive been having very sore and swollen breasts, random vomiting, nausea. i took an at home pregnancy test and it came up positive. is this something i need to make an appointment immediately or wait?

Contact your doctor. If you would consider abortion if you are pregnant, do it ASAP. In the meantime, you could do another self test. If still positive, you can safely assume your tubal ligation has failed and you are pregnant. Good luck.
