I've been with nausea and a little vomiting. i've been also having a lot of cramping. i took a pregnancy test and it was neg im still having symptoms.?

Lots of causes : Pregnancy is only one cause of nausea! vomiting and cramps. In fact gastroenterologic causes would be much more common --- viral illness, food poisoning, upset stomach etc. Pregnancy tests are very sensitive and reliable. See primary care doc if it continues.

Agree with Dr. L: If you had sex since your last period, repeat the pregnancy test in 4-5 days.
