Is cross dressing a religiiously wrong thing to do ?

Probably not: While religions have a great deal to say about personal behavior, I am not aware of any specific statements regarding cross dressing. The decision to do this in public vs in private relates to the tolerance and understanding of ones personal friends and acquaintances.
