My result patology lymph node was reactive follicullar hyperplasia but i have pain in my whole body yet? whats the matter?

Not the lymph node: The node is benign -- it was just fighting on your behalf. Your "total body pain" may be anything from fibromyalgia to vitamin d deficiency to lupus to polymyositis to polymyalgia rheumatica to someone who doesn't like you poisoning you with arsenic to many others. A proper history and physical with a few basic labs should identify the cause. Good luck ; stay proactive.
