See below: If you truly have RLS (determined clinically), medications (such as dopaminergics) can help control it. Avoid caffeine at night. You can alleviate some of the discomfort with gentle leg stretching exercises. Try to regularize your sleep time. A sleep medicine specialist can evaluate you for rls. Hope this helps!
